Domino's Pizza

This is the third time in a row Dominos has destroyed my order. I called and their only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes to bring it back to show them there is no sauce. I normally don’t leave bad reviews and focus on good reviews.... They told me what I was saying wasn’t possible because sauce is the first thing to go on.... What is missing from these photos? Sauce ! There is none!!! After a couple of hours the manager called me back to apologize for the issue. I was pleased with his solution to discuss with the employee, proper customer service and I do very much appreciate the personal call back by the manager to make it right. Still a good Dominos but needs a little work. I changed the rating from a 2 to a 4.

I love Domino's. I used to think that they were five star. I also use the Domino's app to place all my orders. The reason I'm leaving the three star review instead of the five is because ever since Dominos started that random free item giveaway if you order online or with the app this store has stopped taking orders from the app. Every time I've tried I've gotten a message telling me that my store is not currently accepting online orders. I see what your doing. Not cool

I would give a zero if I could. I tried ordering online and it once again said this store was not accepting online orders, so I called and a guy answered the phone "Dominos. We're closed." And then hung up. The next day I called around 5pm to be sure they would take my order and the girl at first told me it would be a 2 hour wait, then she said they weren't delivering as far from the store as my house was (5 miles) even though it has never been a problem before. Also her tone of voice and the way she said it sounded like she was making it up. So we literally cannot get Dominos pizza without ordering very early in the evening and picking it up ourselves, and I wouldn't doubt if they found a way to get out of that too. They are lazy and rude. I will not be buying pizza from there for a long long time. With all the different options and services for food delivery nowadays, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

if you are ordering for carry out then this dominoes is just fine but for delivery?... no. awful. slowest delivery I have ever had. and it hasn't just happened once. its everytime I order for delivery. I always wait atleast an hour to an hour and a half. when they update my pizza tracker to "on the way" it takes them 20 mins just to get to my home and I live not even 5 min away from dominoes. oh and if you order a buffalo chicken pizza don't expect the buffalo sauce on it.... they "forget" the sauce everytime
