They are going to just toss anything in a bag regardless of what you ordered, and you won't know till you get home because you were in the drive thru. Then when you call to complain you only get a fax machine. Disappointed and outraged this company stole over $14 from me. And I have no recourse

Burgers were a little cold but it was probably from the ice cold lettuce and tomato...
Still the service and taste was awesome

The line was long outside, so I went inside. What a mistake, or not. I ordered and paid $7.25. I watched them prepare orders as I waited. It was disgusting. Bare hands all over the fries and sandwiches, and they had no masks on. I left without my food. I didn't ask for my money back I wanted out so bad.

Lately whenever you go out it is difficult to find a place where workers are friendly and your order is right and fresh. This place exceeded our expectations and makes me want to drive to lexington to get a burger. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we hit the drive thru. When we got to the window the young man there was super nice and our food was correct!

They had no staff (only 3 on duty for lunch). They also shorted us several items.

Our last stop here 4/30/21 was disappointing. It was 9:30 or 10 am & staff was friendly. Ordered 2 double croissant sandwiches; they felt & tasted like they'd gotten cold & were reheated in the microwave. We were on a deadline & could go back. We were there on 4/17 & ordered the same thing about the same time & they were fresh & tasty.

Usually pretty good but today I got some of the rodeo burgers and theres almost no sauce on them at all and they're dry as hell so I'm pretty disappointed
