Haven't been here in a long time and was disappointed. Arrived at 4 pm on a Saturday and every table was disaster and the floors had food everywhere. The condiment cou ter was nasty as well. Employees didn't seem happy at all. Come on Lexington Taco Bell, you can do better!

I had the new double steak and cheese. I wish they looked more like the TV commercials but it was pretty good. A little less cheese and rice and a little more steak would be nice. Friendly service.

Is 0 stars a thing because this place was absolutely an horrible experience. Went through drive thru because dine in was not open and lady didn’t know what was on the menu and not. The guy at the drive thru couldn’t even count change gave me two dollars extra (I gave it back) mane I am not trying to be a Karen but they messed up our order and rudely sent us at the end of the big line again and rudely gave food. Plus no sauce in bag though we asked for mild like Taco Bell without sauce don’t work. To make matters worse had a bug in one of my items and the food was horrible. Absolutely disappointing like imagine 🤡. Absolutely dog water
Edit: Should I take the bug in my food to a higher complain because that is just horrible…

Can't seem to figure out how to open and run the lobby. Only drive thru is open and what I'm driving won't go through the drive thru.
