Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Allowed me to order, charged my card and when I arrived, they were closed. Not following stated hours. Now I have to call credit Card company to hopefully get my money back 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 If they cared about their customers, they would go in and automatically reverse the charges on our credit cards since we didn't get our food. Called manager for refund and was told no refund. Crooked. Pay by credit card so you can dispute charges. They shouldn't have allowed orders to be placed if they closed.

Absolute waste of time. Completely understand that when I came they were out of a lot because they really can’t control that a whole lot. But, I was given the wrong order and the people working went to great lengths to hide the fact that they gave me the wrong order so that I’d drive away and have to get back in line knowing that they would close before I could get through it and the lobby was closed. Not the first time this had happened, thought it was a freak one time thing, guess not. Definitely steer clear, go to a local grocery store, and save yourself some time

I just went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, well when I arrived home with my order I looked and my gravy is so rancid it can pass the blizzard test and be turned completely upside down without moving. It smells horrid and when I just tried calling they refuse to give me another order because in their words "it's just the gravy". What a horrible way to run a business.

Not sure if this is a fast food restaurant, or a circus. Just ordered a 6 piece chicken strips basket paid in full and only received 4 without the toast, loose gravy, and everything is cold to the touch. I've never left a review before, but according to the previous ones it would seem that this is a continuous thing that they keep getting away with, mostly just receiving a ho hum from the automatic answering robot only. If I end up getting sick from this cold food then ill send the health department up there easily.
