Ordered a cake online yesterday to be picked up today and when my friend went in to pick up the cake for me the girl that was working was extremely rude and said that they didn’t have it. She didn’t even attempt to figure out what may have been going on like if we were at the wrong location or what (which we weren’t) My friend went outside and contacted me and I sent her my confirmation and bank statement that had this locations number on it and when she went back in the girl said “I already told you we don’t have your cake” another guy came in and my friend explained what was going on and it took him less than 5 seconds to go get the cake from the freezer.

I visited the Stetson Hills Baskin Robins to request a custom cake for my daughters 14th birthday. I had a few pictures that I asked to be included of our two cats. As many, our family has also had a very difficult year and this cake was not only a birthday cake but also a symbol of hope and joy and encouragement. Kenzy was the cake artist who created such an absolutely perfect cake for our daughter, I actually cried at how perfect it was for our needs. We will always order any cakes that we need from this Baskin Robins and request Kenzy. This girl is not only a gifted artist but a lovely person. (I added the extra pink corner flowers and pink dots on the sun’s rays because I was pretending I was a cake artist for a hot minute😂🥴) Thank you Kenzy!!!! God love you!!!

Absolutely loved the cake that was made for my sons' birthdays. I had his 4th & 5th Birthday cakes made by the same place and location. Happy with how they both turned out. Will most definitely be going back for his 6th birthday cake. Also go to this location for Ice cream dates with my son. I would recommend this location to others.

Horrible service, the short girl with the long hair is rude, I placed a 50 dollar order and sge was so rude immediately saying that I ordered 12 things and I said no I ordered 5 things. She then said that it would take 10 mins because she was suddenly bombarded with orders. We watched 4 people walk into the store and watched her go around the counter to have a full blown conversation with these people after making their order before my order I placed for pickup 20 mins prior. She's a very rude person, my husband said she's probably under the influence of something because her behavior is very strange. We just came here last week and had 2 very incredible ppl help us out. Very sad
