La Hacienda

We waited one hour for our food (which would have been fine if the food would have been outstanding!!) The food was authentic but low quality. Some of the meat in the taco was crunchy from overcooking. Not what we were expecting. We love authentic Mexican food. I read in a review someone stated that the tortillas are homemade here (THEY ARE NOT!!). The food is decent but not worth the price they charge. It was kinda a depressing place inside.

I use to go this neshaminy mall location b4 the pandemic all the time for lunch or dinner and it was always fantastic, even ordered take out during pandemic. But yesterday I went there for my bday got seated a lil before 8pm not realizing they closed at 9. My friend told the waitress it was my bday the waitress said oh yes we sing now that was kinda a given we wanted to order something sweet a treat for my bday, I wanted fried ice cream. The waitress never came back out at any time to tell us kitchen was closing closing do u wanna order anything else than 10 min b4 closing she lays lays ck on table says you can pay when your ready. Very poor customer service. I will never go back I'm extremely disappointed in my overall experience.
