Pizza Hut

This is a terrible restaurant. We've ordered twice and each time it has been completely disgusting. The first time we ordered we didn't receive half of what we ordered...we sent the delivery driver back for the rest and we still didn't get everything! The pizza was gross. We understand that everyone has bad days so we tried again.... The second time the service was completely ridiculous. The woman we spoke to didn't even try to help us. It was like pulling teeth to get any answers regarding specials, price or delivery. It was difficult to communicate due to her poor language skills. My husband couldn't understand half of what she said and after asking her several times to speak cleary she was very rude and hung up on him. The pizza showed up WAY under cooked (You can see in the photos how the cheese is hardly melted... the sausage wasn't even warm!!!) and once again we didn't get part of the order. We ended up just throwing away the pizza because we were so disgusted by what they apparently thought was acceptable to serve to paying customers. I honestly wish I could rate this as 0 stars. We will not EVER order here again. It's disgusting pizza, horrible customer service, and based on the other reviews I read I question the cleanliness of both the staff and the store. This place should be shut down.

They forgot the salsa for the taco pizza and when told about it, they didn't fix it but said that they will do their job next time...well I've came back about six months after this post and ordered two pizzas and a taco pizza while I was on the phone I got told that the taco feed so they were out of so I get to the store to pick up my pizza's I asked them hey do you guys by chance have because I heard on the phone that you were out and they're like oh no we leave definitely have taco pizza but okay so can I add a taco pizza to my order I'll be about a 15-20 minute wait for the taco pizza and then once I get my taco pizza and I'm about ready to leave I loaded all in space vehicle and I open it and there's no onions on my taco pizza and when they go back to put on the onion the lady who was doing it didn't even wash her hands didn't do anything just takes out a cambro of onion and puts on top of the pizza all well being here there was about I think for people working and the phone was ringing constantly and I do not believe that even one time that I saw anybody answer the phone and I will probably not be ordering from this Pizza hut ever again.and also not to mention that on today after I got my pizzas they actually decided to close to early due to the weather (87 degrees and not the 98 it was 3 hours earlier) and they had to kick out the people from their dining room because they were closing

Placed an order, followed with texts, order arrived pretty much on time. Gave guy a 20% tip, walked inside, order was wrong - missing a pizza and the brownie. Called and let it ring until someone picked up (granted, was 5 minutes to close, so whatever). Employee understood, said he’d get it straightened out, 30m later I had a fresh pizza and brownie at my door. This is my first experience with this store. Will most likely order again. 🙂

I have been a customer of pizza hut for the last ten years. Lately, (6 to 8 mo) I have noticed a big change in customer service, cleanliness, product availability, and proper functioning of their equipment. They hardly ever answer the phone; if they do, they either hang up or tell the customer they are busy to take an order. Then, ,any times they don't have certain products available such as certain crust or the wings. The last five times I ordered wings they have said their fryers are broken. Things do brake but there should be a back up plan or a replacement to meet customer needs. In my opinion all they earned from me is one star. I hope someone actually takes a look at these issues. No need to tell you this town is well known for a broad diversity. Therefore, don't forget you don't meet our needs we can always go for tacos.

First time they've actually answered the phone in 3 weeks. With the first time, they hung up. When I ordered, the young lady answering the phone didn't know what Canadian Bacon was. When I finally said ham, she still thought I was crazy. When I got home with our order, they neglected to put sauce on it.... so I took it back. After I had to physically show her there was no sauce, she had the line remake my pizza. As I was waiting she was slamming cabinet doors shut, yelling at staff and none of them know how to answer a phone. We have NEVER had a problem for over a year until today. Not sure what is going on, but we won't be back for a bit. Which is really disappointing.

We walk in at 6pm, no one else was there eating should of been our first hint. The manager told us to find our own seat. The waiter gave us the menu and ask what we wanted to drink. He walked away and filled his own soda a few times in 15 minutes but never brought us our drinks. We decided to leave and there sat by the back door was the manager smoking. When my husband approached her all she could say was he didn’t bring you your drinks?

If I could put no stars I would have done that! Called to have a delivery to the motel in was staying at, which was about 5 minute drive away. They girl Christine said that don’t deliver that far! So the guy at the front desk (who suggested them) called and asked for the manager four times and they hung up on him each time. I will call corporate Pizza Hut and let them know!
