Bunny's Frozen Custard

We are visitors that travel frequently to Lexington. We have heard a lot of hype over this place and thought to finally give it a try. I ordered a large slush with 2 mixed flavors and was charged 50¢ more than the price listed on the menu. When I asked why, it took the older lady ringing me up a minute to thing of an answer “it’s for the uh……….the extra sauce!” I thought a size was a size??? Just be mindful of what they are charging you since it’s “cash only.” It’s only 50¢ but if every customer is being slightly up charged for non existent reasons, it adds up!

This is a nice place right off the highway. The prices are very reasonable, the employees are friendly, and the custard and ice cream are tasty. I got a scoop of the day, which was salted caramel. I really liked it; it wasn't overly sweet. My husband got a butterfinger arctic. He really enjoyed it. Our daughter got superman ice cream with eyes and a mouth and sprinkles. She loved it! She was very excited to eat the eyes. :)
