Snow's Bbq

Arrived at 7:45am and the line was going around the entire perimeter of the business, out to the street, and around the entire block! This place has to be good. But after waiting over an hour, the owner came out and said it was probably unlikely we would get anything. He was even surprised how much longer the line was this time around. Probably cause they just recently opened after COVID. If the line is this long from now on, I’d suggest at least coming before 7 am to even have a chance. We saw campers all over the place. Hope we have better luck next time. We had little kids and couldn’t wait that long in the cold.

We drove 4 hours and waited in line for four more to try this and it didn’t disappoint. It was worth the drive and the waiting in line . I got a half pound of everything Brisket,Chicken,Pork Steak,Sausage,Pork Ribs and Turkey. My favorite was the Turkey hands down. Sausage was extremely tasty as well and ranks second. Brisket,Ribs and chicken were very good too. The pork steak was a favorite among the crowd but for me it was something I wouldn’t order again. It was to thick, dry and lacked flavor. The bbq sauce is ok and the potato salad was very good. Banana pudding was average as well. Overall, I would go back but not killing myself to get there.

Our obsession with great BBQ makes for some interesting adventures! Rained on us the entire time! Got to watch legends of BBQ at their craft. Brisket, pork steak, chicken, sausage, potato salad, cole slaw, and banana pudding. Ran out of pork ribs just before we got our order. Anticipate 1 hour wait for every 50 people. We were #120-121. The line still went around the building as we made it to the door.
