Great customer service! The store's lobby and behind the counter was together and clean. Even better variety of ice cream, sherbert and cones ! It's been awhile since I've been here and I see why. My only negative opinion is the prices are almost unreal.

Excellent service, products and quality selections! 👌 The building is clean inside and out and as soon as Covid ends they should have outside seating once again! Impressive owners are friendly, attentive and highly efficient! You feel welcome at this business each and every visit! We love their ice cream selection and specialties! You won't be disappointed in any way! 😉

This is the cleanest Baskin Robbins I have ever been too! The staff is so friendly at this location. The Ube Coconut swirl is to die for!!! So yummy!

Do not believe a single one of these 4-5 star reviews. The owner paid for them. He and his wife are horrible, horrible people. This place needs shut down and he needs thrown in jail. For the love of God, please take your business elsewhere. I can’t state on here any of the really nasty things I’d like to.

I stopped by this store this weekend. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They took time to make sure I knew all of the flavors they offered.

Hands down the worst customer service. Harassing people for not picking up a cake that the owner decided to make 3 days early smh. Baskin Robbins needs to do something about the lunatic that owns this store.

Never ever had staff members calling a customer the "B" and "F" word to a young 20 yr old lady because of a snow storm and she hadn't picked up a cake. This young lady has the voice mail of him swearing and corporate notifiedNo one answers

Horrible service . We walked out the owner was working and he was huffing and puffing while making a big order. Never said one word for tje 10 minutes we waited. Finally we left .
Do not go to the location.
