Firehouse Subs

Kind of bummed. First visit here and ordered a cold turkey sub, no mustard, pickle on the side. When I got home, I discovered a sandwich with mustard, two meats, and no pickle. The sandwich looked like it would have been good if you were into the items on it, but I wasn't going back to swap it as I'd been out all day and. *Update - I went again today and bought the turkey sandwich again. This time, no issues with the ingredients today and the sandwich was nice. Nice kids work there... no issues with the personalities and the facility is nice and clean.

The two subs that me and my girlfriend nibbled off from were disgusting! The steakhouse one had cold peppers and onions that were microwaved . The turkey one was just plain foul. The crew looked very disappointed to see me even though it was only 8:10 at night I do not recommend anybody even looking in the direction of this sub this sub shop. I've never had anything good there but I heard their meatballs good but BECAUSE of my experience I probably won't give them another chance.

I went here today to grab lunch. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I got here at 12:20pm and didn’t leave till 1pm. There wasn’t even many people inside, and they were doing Uber orders instead of making the sandwiches of physical customers that were inside. I could tell other customers were getting annoyed. At my work we do Uber and we always put our in-person customers first. I waited 40 minutes for my 2 sandwiches. The girls were taking there time and talking. I will not be going back. My sandwich was also soggy. It’s seems like other people have complained about it taking so long as well, so I’m curious on why nothings changing? So if you guys want to wait 40+ minutes for a mediocre sandwich go here, but I’d rather go to subway where it takes them 5 minutes.

Ordered online. Was called and told my order was canceled due to modified hours not posted online. Order was not canceled, though they didn’t make the food and I did not pick it up, I was still charged for it. Can’t believe this happened. I loved firehouse subs up until this happened. Update: they did give me my sub when I went in person, but they had to call and make sure it was okay with their manager, who’d told me on the phone they would take care of it. The manager promised to send me a coupon for a free sub for the trouble, that never happened.

My family and I tried their foods today. It was a pleasant experience. The sandwich that I ordered was called firehouse steak and cheese, I think. It was very good. I'm not a big fan of sandwiches but it was really good today. The atmosphere was quiet nice as well. It looks nice and clean inside. The only thing that kinda turned me off was the price. It is a little bit pricey. I had a small sandwich, it was indeed very small, it was good, but it was almost 5 bucks for that size. It was very good though, I guess you gotta pay more for good tasting foods. Over all, it was a great lunch. We will probably be back there soon. I forgot to take pictures of the subs that we ordered though, next time, I'll surely take pics before I eat.

The sandwiches are soggy, the wait is extremely long. We ordered online and had to wait over 20 minutes in addition to the time we were told the food would be ready. I would think it had been sitting there for 20 minutes because the bread was wet through if I hadn’t seen them make the sandwich while I waited. Yikes!
