This is the best pizza on Kauai. Period. The Lihue location is worth the stop in for their New York window to grab a single slice. Haven't tried their brick oven pizza yet. Planning on it.

Delicious!!!!!! They serve both New York style and Neapolitan style pizza.
The Bruschetta was marvelous and the Margherita pizza was wonderful.
The owner goes around the tables and is one interesting guy!!! 😎
Side note: nice poster! A big fan of the early Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns. Original Italian poster.

Excellent NY style pizza! Ordered a large carry out Margherita pizza for dinner. Was ready in 30 min. Even though it took me about 10 minutes to walk back to the Marriott and it had cooled down a little the pizza was still delicious! I expected it to be soggy but it was not. The crust still had a nice crunch and a bite to it. They other s cauliflower gluten free crust so we will definitely go back and eat in do the pizza will be hot she tasty!

We got the caprese salad ($9.50) and magherita pizza with mushrooms and olives ($16.50 + $3.00 for the vegetables). The appetizer and single pizza were filling enough for us! Delicious flavor! Fast service. Highly recommend!

Buonissima! When I lived in Italy I took every chance I had to stop by Naples and eat the best pizza in the world. Now I live in Lihue and I’m thrilled to have found a pizzeria here with vera pizza napolitana! (True Neapolitan pizza) and I highly recommend eating here.
I had the calabrese and my dad had the diavola. Both were out of this world! This is a family owned shop and we met Tommaso and he really has a passion for pizza and it shows in the restaurant and the pizza. Awesome.

This was quite literally the best pizza I have EVER. HAD. The owner was mingling, he’s wonderful, stop him for a chat if you get the chance! They’re working on a second location, lucky you, Kauai!! I see why they’re rated the #1 pizza place on the island. Hands down best meal we’ve had so far.

Would definitely go during the evening for the inside menu. Wonderful Naples style pizza. We had the devilled which was good; although would probably get a non-spicy option next time. Fair prices and pleasant service. Good beer and wine selection. Free and available parking.

You will not be disappointed in the care the owner has put into making a real Italian dining experience at Pietro's! This is not American Christine folks. It's genuine Italian. We are gluten free people and the crust is nothing less than perfect. The best we've ever tasted anywhere on the mainland. The food is superb so take the time to eat here!

Such amazing pizza and wine! Would definitely recommend for a date. We went on Valentine’s Day and we were given free roses. Such a beautiful touch! The owner was so nice and friendly and made sure everything tasted perfect! Hope to come back soon!
