I visited last night and had some of the best fish and chips that I have had in a long long time. On top of that, the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. Will certainly be returning.

We had an excellent evening celebrating the Royal Marines corps birthday. Excellent service, lovely staff, delicious food.
Nothing was too much trouble for our big party of 26.
We will definitely be back.

Been past this place a few times while visiting surrounding shops etc, decided to call in and try it one day, really glad we did. We had a meal deal, fish, chips, drink, bread and butter, the whole meal was lovely, and there was a constant stream of people coming in for food. There is also a takeaway if you don't want to sit in, and a few benches to sit on outside, if you've not been, it's definitely worth a visit. We'll be back soon for sure.

Really nice here, food, staff and prices are excellent. I would strongly recommend the Elire fish and chip restaurant. Not so good today when we visited, the fish was very very grees greasy

Friendly greeting, swift order taking, food on the table not long after ordering, all friendly and cheery staff very attentive. Fantastic fish and chips and great atmosphere. Highly recommend

PWS (SE) and (MD) appear to have enjoyed the whole experience from the food they had fish and chips with side order, drinks and a pudding.
Both individual and support worker appreciated the good service and polite and pleasant atmosphere and all would recommend restaurant for quality and pricing as a well deserved treat. 🙂

I don't live in Lincoln, I visit fairly regularly from south wales for work and I love to visit this chippy. I've never had anything bad. The mushy peas are lush, the fish is beautiful, the chips are delicious and remind me of how chips used to taste. The jumbo sausages are next level. I visited today and took home a further 3 jumbo sausages just so my family at home wouldn't feel jealous and left out. See you again soon.

I have to say this place is so good. The batter on the fish is so light. Best fish and chips I have had in a long time

Had fish chips and a small battered sausage with a tarter sauce and tomato sauce sachet £12.55. Haddock was nice but as most places they seem thinner than normal portions, fish and sausage was slightly greasy. Chips were cooked well nice light and fluffy, plenty of salt and vinegar. Google told me it's been 8 years since I last came here ! Would recommend here still
