Great patio area to eat and drink next to the river with relaxing views. Very welcoming and friendly staff, and regulars too. Near to either the start or end point of a walk to Tattershall Castle, besides River Bain, where you see plenty of wildlife. Expect to see planes flying close overhead from nearby RAF Coningsby.

Super lovely little pub right by the canal/River, friendly staff , great beer and great food , very clean and tidy . Definitely be going back here .

Lovely people, very welcoming place and fantastic food. Went the extra mile. We will definitely come back again if in the area. Can see the RAF planes from here which is a bonus too. Many thanks!!!

Found this little pub tonight 14.8.23 the food was lovely sat in a big conservatory over looking the river the landlady went out of her way to serve us food will definitely be coming again thank you lovely pub I would definitely recommend it people

Absolutely Gorgeous food (homemade chips) a rare thing!! quiet and tranquil and welcoming friendly atmosphere and doggy friendly too - my new local! Highly recommend !! very friendly staff and gorgeous scenery next to canal too what more can you ask for ?

The pub is not listed as a pub stopover but we asked if we could stay in a camper overnight, we were made to feel very welcome,
We had some wine, beers and a meal, all was good and I would definitely recommend,
There are also some canals adjacent with nice walks
