The Original Bierkeller

Had an amazing time here with friends and work colleagues, most were dressed up in the gear, the music entertainment, musicians playing german music were brilliant, plentiful choice of drink at the bar, the cocktails were delicious. The disco following the band was fab, had everyone entertained and joining in dancing and singing. Just no dancing on the tables allowed which is fair, there's plenty room on the benches which are thankfully very sturdy. Plenty ladies toilets so there were no queues!

The atmosphere at this place is unlike any club/bar I've gone to. The experience you get here listening to classics while dancing on the benches just enjoying yourself you cant really explain it any other way. The only problem I had is the safety, someone did slip next to me and broke their ankle but it's the only accident I've seen and I've lived here for 2 years.

Me and my friends were here on the night of the 31st March this was for my birthday. Had a brilliant time at this place and the band were pretty good at getting audience participation. We went for the Gold package which was decent however when having the Stein included in the package it did not include having Bavarian/German beer as could only get Becks amongst with the cocktails and that they do, which kind of disregards the whole bar experience in my eyes. This was only a minor issue and still thoroughly enjoyed the night and what they had to offer. My yodeling practice finally came to some sort of use.......as I won the yodel singing competition that night and was given a free Stein from the band! Brilliant place and would visit again!

This place is awesome! Honestly feel like I'm in Germany when I entered! You can get great massive beer steins and the atmosphere is just crazy as everyone is singing and dancing all on the tables! Reason why its only 4 stars though is because the steins are expensive and the do didn't seem to follow a theme. The songs just seemed random but I know some prefer but for me it knocked me out of rythm a little bit.

Fantastic night out. Great variety of crowd pleasing songs that never fail to get people singing along. Relaxed atmosphere means that you’re always comfortable and ready to get on the benches for a dance. Friendly staff who can never do enough to make sure you have the best possible experience in the venue. Live music on a Friday and Saturday keep things exciting as well as nights with things such as quizzes, bingo and live meet and greets means that there will never be a dull night. Wide variety of spirits as well as the house cocktails which never fail to impress. 10/10 would recommend.
