Pho 99

My wife and I went looking for a vermicelli bowl. The best we ever had was at Thai Hep years ago, and she had a great one in St. Louis several weeks ago. We went to Pho99 with great expectations after seeing the combination vermicelli bowl widely mentioned in the reviews. We enjoyed our meal at lunchtime. I had the combination bowl and she had the chicken bowl. They were large, so we brought about 1/2 home for dinner, too. Obviously we liked it. It wasn’t our favorite because the richness of the flavors weren’t the best - but still worthy of 4 stars.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado. The food is incredible. The broth in their pho is very tasty and rich in flavor. They give you plenty of noodles and meat in your pho - it feels very balanced compared to pho I've had at other places. The restaurant itself is very clean and open - you can easily have a conversation during your meal without having to scream over random noises.

This restaurant is great! The Banh Mi is served on great bread and the fillings are delicious. I got the tofu and it had a great taste and texture. The Pho is also good. The broth is tasty and so are the meats and other ingredients. We got kids meals and, even though my kids are picky, they all seemed to enjoy their food (and ate quite a bit). The service was quick and I was surprised by how much food we got for the price. We will have plenty of leftovers. We will be back for sure!

We had pho with meatball and rare steak and a grilled pork Banh Mi sandwich. The broth was aromatic and fresh, and there was a good quantity for the medium bowl. The vegetables were fresh, and overall it is the best pho I have had in this location. The Banh Mi wasn't as filled as I wished it to be. There was little meat, but the flavors were delicious. Service was prompt.
