I ordered a burger for pickup and came in to get it when it was supposed to be ready, but the first was over cooked on a medium so they had me wait up front while they cooked a second, and for the inconvenience I was given a free slice of cheesecake. Left happy. However, when I returned to my job already late from my break because of the wait, the second burger was completely raw. Very disappointing. Not sure how you cook a raw burger that was meant to be medium.

The waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Moreover, the service was great. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We will be returning this weekend. Cannot not wait.

Greatest at the door by a friendly host and sat at a table right away. Server came two or three minutes later and got our order. This is the standard of service.

The whole family loves this place! Everything was delicious staff was awesome! Just everything about the visit was pleasant even during Covid!! One of the few places that still has their few menu available!

Delicious and great service!! Large portions of food. Loved the variety of appetizers we had before dinner from salad, cheese sticks, nachos, tamale cakes, to fried zucchini. Fun!! Thank you for the great service 😎

I just wanted to share how wonderful the staff are that work here. I tried to Door Dash Cheesecake Factory last night and the door dasher delivered to the wrong address and refused to get me another or give me a refund. I called the store and they were more than happy to remake it for me. They were so sweet and kind and even reported my driver for me! The food was also exceptional. It made the whole fiasco worth it in the end. I will definitely be eating here again in the future. In person this time :)

Great customer service. We had Shanna (Italian) as our waitress, who was very friendly, animated, and left the impression that she loves her job
I ordered salad which was very good. We also read the back story about the Cheese cake Factory.
I had a really nice time. I took my cheese cake slice home. 😋 Yummy!

Service was great and quick. The food is always amazing. Had the Louisiana chicken pasta. Definitely recommend trying it.
