Went to see the Minion movie, it was very well priced at 15 bucks a person, the seats were very comfortable. The food is way better than expected, like it's actual food you can feel good about eating and paying for. the bartender was very welcoming and polite. I would definitely recommend this Theater to anyone that has past by it and wondered if it is any good. It is awesome.

This is a lovely place. I was looking forward to going to this place and I had to patiently wait for its renovation to complete. The new seats are comfortable; the reclining mechanism are a bit noisy but they are not too distracting. I have to say that the first time that I went, the service was not good: had to ask for water multiple times and the wait time for food and drinks stretched beyond the hour mark. However, Greg, the kitchen manager, listened to my feedback online, and quickly resolved the issue with some nice discounts and an apology. When I came around the second time, the service drastically improved and had an amazing cinema experience overall.
The inside of the theatre is really beautiful and the food is pretty good. The prices on the menu are a bit high, but can't complain about the quality. Something I noticed is that noise travels loudly throughout the theatre, so if the audience gets a little noisy, you can really hear it.
Anyway, I strongly recommend this place to watch your movies.

Great experience for dinner and a movie. We bought our tickets online and arrived 15 minutes prior to show time, perfect for finding our seats and placing a meal order. The burgers were delicious and fries were good too. Popcorn was really good as well, we were pleasantly surprised! Sodas were way over priced ($5+ each for bottomless but still!) which is why I am not giving a 5 star review but other than that, we will definitely go back! Thank you!

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is top notch. Most importantly, their customer service is great. Every person we spoke to was nice and helpful. They seem happy to be there, which tells me it's a good work environment and they like being there. Hopefully that's the case. :) The seats are comfortable and the little tavern is awesome. Highly recommend!

Alamo Drafthouse is a great place to checkout a new movie or one of your old faves. The food is always really good and much better than you would expect theatre food to be. They have a restaurant built into the theater!! We have experienced a lag in drinks being delivered and at times the food doesn't come out at the same time when you're in a group. That being said we understand the difficulties given the concept. Alamo is our go to theater when we want to catch a flick.

My family has been a fan of Alamo for several years and my dad and I just went to see a movie for the first time since they re-opened. The new seats are great, but the service was TERRIBLE. We arrived 40 minutes before showtime, our specific theater opened 30 minutes before so we went in right when the theater opened. Since we had been there before and viewed the menu online in advance we wrote down our orders right away and a server picked them up within 10-15 minutes of us sitting down. We ordered a fountain drink, bottomless popcorn, and a meal for each of us.
The pre-show ends, actual commercials start, and there was still no sign of the drink or popcorn. We saw many people around us getting their drinks including the people seated next to us who arrived at show time and ordered during the previews. The movie started and there was still no drinks or popcorn. About 10 minutes into the movie my dad’s meal arrives - a salty sandwich and French fries - but still no sign of his drink or popcorn. We waited a few more minutes then wrote a new card asking where his drink and the popcorn were. A server came by, read it, and informed me that they were understaffed so things were taking awhile. Okay, I figured she would go take care of it. Nope. A few more minutes go by, no drink, no popcorn, but my dinner shows up. After even more time passed, we wrote ANOTHER card asking where the drink and popcorn was. When we were putting this card up, a server finally brought his drink and we told them just to cancel the popcorn because at this point we had mostly finished our meals. Throughout this whole time we saw many people being served food, drinks, etc. even though we were the second group to place an order and we arrived very early.
I understand if staffing is an issue, but there were many servers running around during the movie and I find it very hard to believe one of them couldn’t take the time to fill up a cup from the machine and pour some popcorn in a bowl. Who wants to eat a salty meal with no drink?? Who wants to start eating popcorn AFTER a meal?? A big part of enjoying a movie is eating popcorn during previews and the start of the movie, really disappointed and frustrated!!

We love going to movies here! It's a different experience than the standard chain theater, but it's definitely a treat. The Bob's Burgers menu tasted delicious, but I took off some stars because I felt sick the next day. No way to be sure if that's what did it, and the service and overall experience was so great. I don't recommend getting the popcorn: it's not standard movie popcorn and the clarified butter gets puddled at the bottom of the bowl. And you can't take leftovers home. The pickle fries are bomb, though

Visited once prior to the pandemic; the food and service were solid, no room for complaints there. I've been back twice since and what a joke. First time, I had my order done wrong in spite of having placed it online in advance.
Most recently was undoubtedly the worst showing. The french toast I ordered had next to no berries and somehow tasted like chicken strips. The coke was watered down by the time it got to me. Eh, no big deal there. And I get it isn't management's fault, but the theatergoer in the seat next to mine nearly spoiled the experience. He was using our seats to hold his food until we arrived, hadn't bothered to completely clean up after himself, and my dad sat in the mess he made. Absolutely disgusting. At least the server who cleaned it up was good natured about it. I couldn't even be angry, I just left totally saddened. I was looking forward to this showing for weeks, and while I wouldn't say it was ruined, it dashed my expectations. Hope you can see where I'm coming from.
