Outback Steakhouse

We ordered food from Outback on New Years day so we were expecting a wait to receive it. It took 2hrs to get to us but still had been packaged fairly well and was luke warm. The driver took it straight from Outback to us. Our meal was missing elements but I feel like 98% of the time we order on Uber Eats there is an item wrong or missing. I truly don't think everyone business should or can do take out in this style and probably should consider this. If you are to busy and can't give attention to your take out orders just shut it down. It took alot to come back to this Outback the last time we were here my steak was gray, yes gray. The server apologized profusely and took it off the bill but the manager refused to come to the table in a nearly empty restaurant so I was slightly turned off by the situation which was already going poorly due to service and food timing or not coming out at all. Fast forward to last night. We ordered the filet medium rare and got it raw. It was purple and fatty. We couldn't eat it until we cooked it. Our additional side was missing that we paid extra for, as well as a side salad. The rice came rolled up in some tinfoil which actually kept it warm but the taste was weird and it was over seasoned. Probably just won't be back to this location. They don't seem to care about quality or service anymore. And Covid isn't a good enough excuse at this point.

As with everything in 2022 prices have increased a lot. With that said, the prices here were increased quite a bit over past years. Our server was very good at taking care of our needs and we didn't have to wait long. The food as usual was A+, cooked just right and served hot. Over all a really good place to eat.

Havent been to Outback Statehouse in over 8 years. In fact this location is the only one I been too. The place is in a nice area and its very clean and nice in the inside. Nice large bar with a big screen. The service was very good and friendly. Had the bone in ribeye with mash potatoes and salad. The steak was nice and juicy with great taste and cooked to my likeing. Came on my birthday so reveived free dessert a brownie with ice cream on top. Good visit.

I had the worst margarita I've ever had in my life. It was like deluded lime water. I saw him shake it then add more ingredients. Hmmm. I ordered the prime rib. A quarter of my fillet was fat. The bartender was polite but chatted more than worked. Unfortunately, a very loud couple, were sitting across the bar and had no awareness of an indoor voice. I think I might have gotten a whiff of marijuana coming from the kitchen. Not cool. Very disappointing experience.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Service was good. I honestly did not like much of anything. They need to get a different chicken supplier. The breast I had was paper thin. I thought I could. Just got to their bread and butter and be happy. But somehow they even messed up the bread. I felt like Chili's would have been a way better option. Never again type meal.
