Asian Chefs

I've been regularly ordering takeout here for the past year or so. I'd eat around 1-2 times here a month. The servers and drivers are very nice, but lately things have started changing. The prices for food got higher, and they now charge delivery to my location when before I just had to hit a cost threshold. And today after I ate from there, I was disappointed. The chicken was the puffy cheap kind you can buy from the store with a glaze over it, and the fried rice was bland. I'll be taking a break from eating here till there is some change made.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Vegetables were barely cooked, the chicken tasted old and overcooked and dry, and the shrimp and broccoli had no sauce or flavor, the beef and broccoli tasted bland and like it was sitting for a while. Wasted $45 avoid this place if you want quality delicious food, you have been warned. The pictures look a lot better than the actual taste.

I just stopped for lunch, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look great on the outside. In fact, it's often hard to tell they're open. You enter through what looks like a side door. Once inside, it's great. Things are decorated well. Right now they've got Christmas decorations up. I had the house special Two Delights, chicken and shrimp with a delicate white sauce. The vegetables were obviously fresh - nothing from a can or the freezer. The lunch specials average $7-8. You get rice and your choice of egg rolls or cheese wontons. Great service. It was quiet inside, probably because people don't even realize this place is here. It's well worth checking out.

Very disappointing. I had a "house specialty" (salt pepper beef) that was inedible. Dry, chewy nuggets of beef overdosed with salt. Unfortunately, I had the food delivered and could not send it back so I just threw it in the garbage. Not sure what happened with this place as it used to be one of my "go to" restaurants.

Very disappointed in the quality of food and taste. First, I had the taste for some fried rice, the fried rice I received was white, which looked as if it hadn't been fried, no vegetables and specs of eggs, and I mean just specs. How could you put out this food and call it fried rice? Then the beef and broccoli I ordered had no Asian flavors/spices you would typically expect from an Asian Restaurant. Just bland with no flavor. I will not be going back. I try to support local restaurants but just disappointed in the lack of any kind of effort from Asian Chefs.
