Order from this store frequently and have never had a issue before until today. Grabbed my food from driver and Said to myself “why is this bag so light”? I opened the bag to find out there was no sandwich at all and just a bag of chips. I stopped the driver and let him know and he didn’t believe me until I showed him. Driver was just a young kid but he was very respectful and apologized for this action. He called his store and let them know. I also called the store and explained the situation to this lady. After explaining to her she said sorry, then stopped taking and said “wait can you repeat that”. (Like if I was making this up). They delivered the MIA sandwich and let me know they had a mass order they prior and things got mixed up. I appreciate this store getting this sandwich to me in a timely manner. Things like this are annoying, but I understand things happen. Was hoping for a free sandwich after this but does not look like that’ll ever happen haha.

Freaky Slow! Our office is .7 miles from this store location, and today was the third time our order had taken over 45 minutes. From the time of order, it took 31 minutes to be prepared before going out for delivery, and when it left for delivery, it took 30 minutes to be delivered 7 blocks down the street. So overall a total of one hour to make a sandwich and deliver it less than a mile. I could've started my own sandwich shop in the amount of time it took for my food to get here. I called the store and was half-heartedly told "Sorry we just went through a big rush." Understandable, but when your slogan is focused on how quickly you prepare and deliver food, this amount of time is unacceptable. Specifically the 30 minute delivery time to drive 7 tenths of a mile. This happening one time is a mistake, two times is a concern, three times and I wont be ordering from this location ever again.

We have ordered JJs a number of times and have never had a problem. Tonight we ordered a total of 4 subs, one of them was a slim for my son. The slim was just fine, but the other 3 sandwiches were rock hard and we were unable to even bite into them. I called the store and the manager told me that there was nothing they could do. Only after I asked why they didn't stand behind the quality of their product did he offer to replace the harder and rudely told me that he needed the other sandwiches back. I told him that we gladly would. Our delivery driver Alex was very polite and apologetic when he brought the new sandwiches.

I called them right when they opened to get a pretty large order in with many variations on the sandwiches. Not only were they happy to take the order and help me out, but it was ready when I got there and they helped me out to my car. Plus, every single sandwich was made correctly with all the different variations done right. I'm impressed with their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I will be going to this location more often because of this excellent experience.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. Got home to find all of them made wrong. There were 3 guys that looked/acted like they were in highschool. The 4th guy, that was supposedly experienced, didn't show any interest in the orders from me or others. Can't say I'll be back in there for a long time. The crew today doesn't represent the brand well at all. I'm pretty lenient, but have to say that I would get rid of all the guys I met today and start over. Good luck to the franchisee and GM.
