I’m very interested to know if this location’s owner knows who they have working at their store. We ordered two double scoop ice creams and one of them arrived wrong. Seems like a pretty simple order but we understand people make mistakes, so we called to see if we could come to the store and exchange it for the correct order. The staff cut my husband off several times as he was trying to explain that the order was incorrect and never did let him finish his sentence. They were laughing in the background and being entirely unprofessional. I know it’s just ice cream and it’s not that serious, but the owner is really wasting their money paying the rude little kids they have behind the counter.

Went to this location to bring my grandson for ice cream we got the small waffles cones. My grandson ask for gummy bears on his. They were so hard he couldn’t eat them. I spoke to the boy behind the counter but he said they had been there for away but they would be ok!! We throw away!!! Ridiculous what we paid and he couldn’t eat them!!!

My husband and I didn't actually eat here. When we arrived the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes. I ordered a banana split and he quickly replied in an ugly tone they were out of bananas. His demeanor made it obvious that he didn't want to be there and that he didn't want to wait on us. We left to go somewhere else.
