Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 4 pizzas... The picture is the "epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza" i got delivered today.. ummm where the heck is the pepperoni? Pizza seemed old, 2/4 pizzas had the toppings pushed off about a quarter of the pizza. The chicken pizzas chicken was really dry amd tough to chew. The NY style was ok, even tho the garlic sauce was squished and leaked all over inside the box.. honestly worst pizza experience I've ever had. Dont waste ur money at this place/location. As they say, "nobody out pizzas the hut", its def rings true for me today On a plus. Side The delivery driver was nice/courteous

This store has consistently been disappointing. When we began ordering from this store a few years back, I would rate them around a 6/10. At this point (ordering at LEAST a few times a month, sometimes more) they are at best a 2/10. Every late or incorrect delivery comes with an excuse. The food is soggy and cold 80% of the time. Sauces are spilled. At least 50% of the time they don't even knock or ring the bell (they blame Door Dash drivers - but if they represent your company then it's ultimately the stores fault)... I would love it if they would just do better. I enjoy the brand, but this store is embarrassingly bad.

It seems every single time I order from this location, my order is incorrect or doesn't get delivered at all. Two out of the last 3 times, the same girl, Mariah, took my order. The 1st time, it never arrived. This time it arrived incorrectly, again. BtW, the time between was a free pizza they offered because of a prior screw up, which also was incorrect. This time, the manager said he was too busy to take my call (probably screwing up your pizza). I am a reasonable person but this is ridiculous. Good luck to ANYONE that remains a customer there.

We ordered online for pickup. We got a text saying the pizza was in the oven. When we got there the pizza was not there, so we had to wait for a new pizza to get made. They gave us a credit for the inconvenience, but when we got home, they made the wrong pizza. No pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. After initially blaming us for their series of mistakes, they upped the credit to make it right. Except they didn’t. We tried to use the credit only to find they never put it in the system. They were either lying to us or completely incompetent. It doesn’t matter which.

Very disappointed. I love papa John's and this is the third time back to back that's it's just nasty. Crust, an pizza is flat, hard and dry. They pre roll the dough for orders and just let it sit for ever. I asked for extra sauce and it seems like they are saving sauce. O by the way I did not order thin crust lol I ordered a normal hand tossed pizzas. We got to get it together papa John's.

This place has the worst customer service of any Papa Johns, and that is saying a lot. This franchise is known for having the worst service and this place tops the list. The stoned person who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager voided my order because I complained it was going to be delivered in double the time that was estimated. 80 minutes instead of 40 minutes. He then claimed that this wasn’t double, lol. So in addition to having bad service, the so-called “manager” could not even do math. I am very much done with this franchise.
