Smashburger

First and last time here! The cashier was wonderful, not sure of the name but he was a young blonde haired gentleman. We got our food fast but had an issue. One of the burgers tasted bad, like the meat was going bad or had soap on it or had something on it that it shouldn't have. When we said something they offered to cook something else or a milkshake. Once you get that bad taste in your mouth you really don't want anything else from there. We politely said "No Thank You"! Not once after that did they offer to refund the one out of four burgers, the girl just walked away from us. Very disappointed! Once a customer refuses any of your other food, it would have been nice to offer a refund.

Not over the top friendly like usual but staff was polite. Jake took my order, polite and even offered me a water cup since I did not purchase a drink. Classic smash burger was cooked to perfection but had a little too much smash sauce. Overall, I would return to this location. Renovations look great and site was clean.

Been here only once. Didn’t impress us much. Decided to try it out because sis in law was in town and wanted to try out this place. We did takeout. Ordered burgers and fries. Nothing special or outstanding about this place. Not sure if we will go here again. The staff was very nice and helpful though.

Ordered ahead to pick up. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I left the restaurant. We were missing 2 full meals, more than $15 worth of food. I was already home so I called and I must return with my credit card to be refunded. The food we actually got was good but I'm not taking that chance again. What a hassle.

Two people working, in a restaurant of like 8 employees. Clearly lazy and avoidant to work, serving 2/3 full SIX DOLLAR shakes with whip cream that wasn't asked for - got the shake to dip my fries so yes it does matter. Props to the cashier who is a lovely lady, answering phones and working the register while a teenage girl next to her watches her work pretending to make partially full shakes. Tired of being disappointed, won't be returning to wait 15 minutes for a shake and burger. Updating my review to drop to one star, food tastes bad. What a waste of $37 and utter disappointment....
