Went to pick up pizza and wings for my child birthday party. We ordered before they opened to be picked up at 12 we arrived at 12 to pick up the food and nothing was ready at all. All the while multiple deliveries went out and other carry out orders went out! They made us late to the birthday party because of this ordered didn’t come out until about 1245!. They did not offer an apology for not being ready or anything! Disrespectful and unorganized will never order here again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. We typically order online 2 times a week. After this last experience with the young workers that apparently cannot make a pizza on time and made us wait an extra 40 min when the app said 10-15 min. Then when we ask to speak with a manager they said there is not one. Shocking they do not want there manager to know they cannot even make a pizza on time because they were too busy goofing around and making pizzas for themselves. Needless to say we never spoke with a manager and will most likely contact corporate after we filled out the survey to make sure they got it. Shocked at the service we received after how many times we order. Regardless we will not be ordering ever again from pizza hut and plan to tell everyone we know about this awesome dining experience we had. Thank you again for wasting so much of everyone's time.

I see that a lot of people don't like this place, but it has honestly always met my expectations. Every time I pick up the food, it's hot and ready with no problems. I see a lot of people complaining about pricing and coupons, however, it seems to me that most of the pricing issues come from Pizza-Hut as a chain (corporate level vs. just this restaurant). Accordingly, I don't blame them for this, and again, they met my expectations with good food and fast service, earning them a five.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Ordered a pizza two weeks ago. It was delivered an hour and half after I placed the order. Ordered 3 pizzas, two of the three were fine but one pizza was completely raw. I called immediately and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a girl who’s name was Salina. She told me she was the manager. She treated me as if I was lying about the raw pan pizza. I offered to send it back to her so she could see it for herself. I also took pictures of the pizza. When I went to grab a slice, the crust lifted and the remainder was raw slop that stayed in the box. She told me that they are running behind she could credit me 5 dollars or it would take an hour and half to get another pizza out to me. It was already late, I told her I am hungry and would like the pizza delivered to me ASAP because this is an error on their part not mine. Not to mention A 5 dollar credit would not give me a pizza next time I order. She did not seem to care. She insisted that the delivery time would still be an hour and half. I decided to end the call when she refused to help me in anyway. Called back three times to and the phone was answered and repeatedly instantly disconnected. Obviously was I was being call screened. Called from my husband’s phone, and of course someone answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager again. This time I spoke to a guy named Chris. He told me he was the assistant manager, that he was aware of the situation and would be refunding me our entire order. I was happy with that. However, I never received my refund. I called back a week later, explained the situation to a girl who was helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience. She said she would need to call her manager and then give me a call back. She did just that. She did tell me she was able to look up my order, no notes were made, no refund had been made either. I gave her the names of the previous “managers” and of course neither Salina or Chris are managers or have the authority to give refunds or credits. She said her manager would credit my cc when she arrived for work that day. Needless to say, it has been TWO WEEKS now. I still have not received a refund. Besides that, where is the customer service? No call from the real manager, no refund, no pizza- nothing. Will NEVER order from this location again. Waste of my time, wasted money and no food for me that night. I will be contacting corporate as well. I gave them several chances to make it right.

I have never ever had a worse experience with customer service. I have given this place 5 tries. 4 more than I should have given my first experience. Every damn time my pizza has arrived late, cold, and burnt. I've waited for anywhere between 1 and 3 hours for my pizza. When it arrives, it's greasy and cold and everything is black like it was left in the oven too long. When I've called to complain, I get the cold shoulder or the traditional "we'll have someone get in contact with you" which of course never happens.
Absolutely unacceptable. I've tried to contact corporate and have gotten nowhere doing that. I can't believe that Pizza Hut as a company is this bad everywhere or that they just don't care. A single store like this can sink a whole company. Get it together. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to have their license revoked.

Horrible! Walked in to place an order, was greeted with "be right with you" yelled from the back. Waited ten minutes before being helped. Placed our order with no problem other than cranky employee attitude. My wife and I were told it was going to be 30 minutes for a walk in.. we agreed to wait and ran a quick errand then come back. Wen we came back ten minutes later. We were greeted with the same response the 1st time we came in... be right with you welled from the back again.... and nothing. Another customer walked in and got the same response and nothing. The whole time we waited all we could hear were employees yelling at each other. I then tried calling at because we had to add a couple items to add and the person on the phone couldn't even find our order. When then told me to wait for the supervisor and then put on permanent hold. Dont think we'll be coming back. Waiting ten minutes for pretty much same same order at domino's across the street with friendlier staff.

What the deal Pizza Hut? Are you fast food, not fast food? Your drive through is closed off with a huge dumpster, so I had to go into the one person cubicle. Ordered a couple P: zones. Paid. She'd how long and they said 15-20 minutes. Whaaaa? An I just suppose to wait here? I asked for a refund and was told because I already paid it would take at least SEVEN, 7 days. So here I am waiting and won't be back! C'mon, get your act together. At least tell me that before I order.

Saw an ad on TV for half-off online orders. I ordered online, but was charged full price... What a deal. When I asked about it when I went to pick up my order, I was told it should have been automatically taken off if I was a rewards member. I am a rewards member, so I guess that wasnt correct. Seems like false advertising to me. I could have gone to a steakhouse for the price they want for a pizza. Should have checked the ratings before I ordered. I will probably not be ordering from pizza hut anytime soon.
