Worst BK In the state. Sat for 15min at the window waiting for food. A normal #1 was apparently too difficult for this band of folks. Not a single "I'm sorry" or "we are waiting on X" nothing. The building his falling apart and the staff are as friendly as a rabid dog. This owner should be ashamed of themselves because his staff certainly isn't. Not the first time either. Will be the last. Going to take this as far up corporate as I can. Just tear the building down and build McDonald's

Horrible food. Ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, two combos. The cheese sticks were hard as a rock so we ended up throwing them away. Their signature burger Whopper with cheese and bacon was warm at best not even close to being hot. No straws or receipt in the bag. The drive thru menuboards have pictures missing, trash throughout the drive thru. Snow and ice built up in the drive thru makes it hard to get out. Worst part about all of this is I contacted BK corp and they did nothing. This restaurant is an F level and should be closed it’s filthy

Well, another bad review!! Avoid this place unless you like throwing away $$. Stopped here after attempting to stop at a Wendy's (which is what i really wanted, and sooooo would have rather had after coming here) that had their dining room closed (my driver window is broken! Lol). The cashier was a little quick on repeating my order back so I got confused, I just wanted to make sure she had it right! -not sure if that led to my food getting scorched or if that is just how they serve their food. I took it to go, because I was on my way to work. So I had no way of knowing that my crispy chicken sandwich was fried so long there was no chicken left, just breading, until after I bit into it. I was really craving something other than what my job offers, and was extremely disappointed, being nearly 9 months pregnant, I wasn't able to eat before my shift. Shifts over, I wanted a refund or a new one! I go back, and they are completely closed, at 10:35. Signs say 24 hour (but Google says 11pm) either way, they do not seem to follow hours of operation either. I unfortunately went here for a quick bite without reading reviews (which in this case are extremely legit for this location) and wasted 10 bucks that could have definitely been better spent, ANYWHERE ELSE!!
