Domino's Pizza

Make sure you check your delivery order for any dipping sauces you ordered, either online or over the phone. This is the 5th time this store has forgot to put our dipping sauces in with our order and we've called multiple times to let them know and it keeps happening. Very very frustrating! And their solution is to just have an "available" driver drive it out to us when they're in the area....really? We've done that before and it took another 30 minutes to get the sauces, and by then the food was already eaten. How about you have your drivers keep extra things like that in their car? That's what I used to do, just in case. Very disappointing and super frustrating, especially since we've reached out to the store each time and nothing changes. On top of that, the thin crust pizza we ordered was very burnt on the outside edge of the entire pizza. This location has really gone down hill.

We have not ordered from Dominos in more then 3 years. Today we did. The order was complete, promptly delivered and hot! The garlic knots were delicious, I had not had them before and they were just like I like them, soft, hot and lots of garlic. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I will order from here again.

I would give zero star if I could. Ordered delivery at 11:10 pm with an ETA of 22 minutes. I never got my pizza. Called the store twice and was told it would be here shortly. I was charged for the pizza. The store is now and I never received it. This is the 3rd time you have closed with an order pending. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This place is 4 min from my apartment, so convenience was the main factor in buying the first few times. But i have had several occasions at this store where the manager or a worker showed kindness to me, whether it was a free ranch cup when i forgot to add it to the order, or someone on the phone trying to make my order as cheap as possible. Good job guys.

I've ordered delivery from here before and it was delivered just fine, but tonight I order and ten minutes later the tracker tells me the pizzas are out of the oven and ready for delivery. 50 minutes later, the tracker says my pizzas are up in the mountains and my lunch break came and went. I called and just got the "the driver has lots of orders" which I understand because I've been a delivery driver and worked with pizza delivery. Zero apology and refused a refund unless I completely cancel the order; wasnt a hard choice though because I definitely dont want pizzas which have been out of the oven for over an hour.
