Arby's

I recently went in to talk to the hiring manager. They told me I got the job. They told me they would call me back in a week to tell me my schedule. It’s been 2 weeks and no call. I had to find another job.(Updated). I forgot to add the I had a interview 3 weeks prior to talking to the Hiring Manager. A week after the interview I didn’t receive any call to let me know if I got the job or not. I finally called them back and that’s when they finally wanted to go for a second interview. If you’re looking for a job don’t waste your time here. The managers obviously don’t want to hire anyone.

The people working tonight 12/14 were amazing! They are severely understaffed and still did a great job. They had smiles and were very professional. I hope their boss sees this and gives them a raise or something! I hope other patrons appreciate their work and recognize their staffing and the stress that results from it.

Visited around noon on Tuesday 9/14, and the team at Arby's was doing a great job. The lobby was closed, which I can only assume meant that they were short staffed, but the service through the drive through was great. They were extremely fast, got through 5 cars in ~5 minutes. They also provided great customer service, were very friendly and polite. I was hoping to get mozzarella sticks and they were out at the time, but they were very helpful in suggesting an alternative. Introduced me to jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce -- a new favorite! Thanks!
