These people are really good at giving you the exact opposite of what you ask for. I asked for extra pickles they gave me less pickles then I'd get when I dont ask for pickles. I asked for no onions on a dish that on the menu doesn't even have onions. Sure enough onions. Each time the person on the drive has verified with me my order and they still don't get it right. Sometimes they forget my fries or cookie. I kept coming back cause I tried to not make it a big deal. At this point in time this location will never see another dime from me. Check your order before you leave.

I ordered 8 pcs of dark meat but I found that I was given 8 pcs of varieties when i got home. More outrageously, the chicken wing was like a micro size. I have never seen a wing of this size in my life and it was $2 for that wing! I did send a message to CS but they never responded.

My spicy chicken sandwiches would be a lot better if they had more spicy sauce. There is no option for extra sauce on the online ordering, so I asked for extra sauce when I picked up order and was rudely told that they can not give any extra of there sauce out. For that you get one star. When I order a spicy chicken sandwich I except more then a drop of sauce. VERY disappointed for they money I spent.

Not a very good experience today. Drive-through cashier was rude and gave me 3 packets of hot sauce when I asked for extra twice. He rolls me he put extra in the bag which was a lie. I had to go into the store to get more. The strips were not fresh and the fries were soggy. Not gonna ever go back to this location.

8 piece tender meal. The tenders are nothing but breading, I seriously don’t think there is any chicken in them. I was handed this big bag where the piping hot gravy tipped and spilled all over. Then I got home and there were NO dipping sauces. Argh.

Chicken sandwiches were comparable to Popeyes and were fresh. Signature French fries sucked beyond belief. Not sure why they call them "Signature", but they don't get mine. C'mon Man.

Staff isn't very friendly or approachable. Fries were pretty awful compared to fries at other fast food restaurants. The staple of KFC though (the chicken) was good and the mac and cheese along with the biscuits was as good as I remember.

We were very unhappy the cashier that was taking our order interrupted us three times she didn't get our order right and yes we had to modify our order because of the interruptions so when one is giving an order they should not be interrupted for any reason
