Subway

I ordered an Italian sub. It came with pepperoni, salami, and ham, no mortadella and no capicola. I had to ask for provolone cheese. The only hots they had we're jalapenos. No origano. Yes the ingredients were fresh, but it was a very Americanized attempt at an Italian and really didn't taste like one. It was a sandwich I could easily throw together with ingredients in my fridge.

This location is awful. They close early all the time. On Saturday they were supposed to close at 8, and we ordered subs online at 6:30 to be picked up at 7:15. I showed up on the dot at 7:15, and the guy informed me that he cancelled the order because they were closed. He claimed he was closing early, at 7, but was still there and door unlocked for...reasons? Everything to make sandwiches was put away. He claimed the order came in as he was closing at 7 (total lie, I had the confirmation email), so he cancelled it. I checked my emails and found he cancelled it at 6:57, a half hour after we put the order in. Ridiculous. I ended up reordering and going to Acton Subway. Do not even bother with this location. Go to Acton or Westford instead.

Stopped in at 5:52pm this evening and there were two customers ordering one sub each. The employee working immediately told me he will not get to my order because he has two subs ahead of me and he closes at 6pm. I thought he was kidding! Unbelievable bad customer service and I will never return to this subpar dirty location.
