Great service from the start. Our server was very attentive and her suggestions helped with our orders. The grill master came out with our steaks and asked us to cut a piece to make sure it was cooked the way we asked. The food was delicious! It was my wife's birthday and they were all very nice and gave a big shout-out to my wife. Great experience highly recommended.

Okay so let me start this rating talking about the service. Our server name was Jamie. This gentleman made our experience. I have NEVER received service that was SO attentive, respectful, energetic, and passionate about making the customer experience his priority! His attitude was infectious and and regardless of everything he had going on ( which was a lot) he made us feel like we were his only priority. Jamie you have won our hearts and us as customer regardless of where you are! Now to the food. Mini me had the burger, his mom had the ribeye steak and I had the Chops. First, no one finished their meals because the yeast rolls was and always will be the BEST! Complimented by the fried pickles. My son mom had 2 margaritas with her dinner. Steak was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Mini me burger was HUGE! I was killing his steak fries because they were awesomely seasoned. The Chops with brown gravy was great and complimented with the mash potatoes. This experience was great and I want to thank Jamie for making this experience what it was.

Let just start by saying our waiter was amazing 👏 🙌 The 1 star goes to the cook, back in the kitchen. We ordered 3 different steaks all to be medium well. We got back medium and rares! They took them back to finish cooking and got back 1 steak that was 3 in 1- rare, medium & well done. Mine came back well done, super dry with burnt mushrooms, not even steak sauce could save it. I decided to dig into the Mac n cheese & my son says your not going to like it since he ordered the same. It was cold with Velveeta and you could tell they added milk to it to make it creamy but it was more like clumpy 🤢 Needless to say the rolls were amazing & glad I had filled up on them before the actual food came.

Every staff member was nice here, all of them! everyone of them needs a round of applause. I mean even the clean up guys wished us a happy day! The waitress the hostesses everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and genuinely sounded like they meant hello or thanks for coming it was wonderful. Best service i ever received in San Antonio in the last decade! On top of that the food was amaimg. I got the 12 oz ft. Worth ribeye rare and it was cooked perfectly tonorder and tasted phenomenal. Our waitress was great with keeping an eye on my refills i never had to ask for a single refill!! she was the best!!! And i was so thirsty from this heat! That sweet tea hit the spot! Everything was clean! tvs everywhere. Steaks were delicious! Ill be back for sure!!!!

One star because of the atrocious customer service during our wait time, good thing their food was worthy of being there. Hubby and I were eating dinner with his elderly out-of-town uncle and aunt. Hubby's uncle arrived at 6:15pm, got put on the "1hr wait list" and we sat around outside waiting for the call. At 1hr wait mark, checked on our wait status as we saw three or four groups head inside and get seated. We were told the 1hr wait was then a one and half hour wait....how can it increase!!? We patiently waited longer but were frustrated and annoyed to see a handful more of large parties (8 to10+ ppl) go inside and get seated after we arrived. The front door greeters tell us it's because ppl probably called ahead to get seated but makes no sense to us as by the TWO hour mark of waiting the ONE hour "call ahead" groups were getting in before us, over and over! Add to that the hostess and host upfront were unprofessionally hugging and hanging onto each other, laughing and joking and honestly, seemed like they had messed up on our groups name....like they pushed us further down the wait list and were trying to cover it up and really didn't care. By that two hour wait mark, we didn't want to risk leaving for another place just to wait again. We sat down to eat almost close to 9pm.

First time visiting Texas Roadhouse. It was a wonderful evening!! The place looked nice, great atmosphere.OMG The food was delicious!!! Wowww ,The BEST steak I have ever eaten Ribeye steak and pork Ribs.The steak melted in my mouth the ribs fell off the bone 🥩🍧. Everything tasted soooooo good.The service was outstanding .The person that delivered the plates was very attentive and ask us to check if the steaks were good ( we asked for medium rare)it was so tender so juicy 🤤🤤💯❤️.Our server Gabrielle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome especially me. Since it was my Birthday 🎉 She organize a Birthday shout-out at the end with everyone in the restaurant and she even got me a 🍓 strawberry ice cream. She was awesome, Thank you Gabrielle you're the best !! 💯 Recomend this Restaurant
