This place is always clean, quick, and friendly. The food taste great. I am a regular here at this location and they never let me down. I normally get the #14 on square wheat bread add cheese 😀. Music is friendly and turn to “just the right volume” to compliment the atmosphere! Thanks guy! You got my vote!

This is a fantastic store! Employees are very friendly. great customer service! I ordered a #11 country club and they made it in 5 seconds! Wow! bread is always fresh and soft when I come here. Delivery is always freaky fast and the place is squeaky clean! I highly recommend coming here for fresh sandwiches

Unfortunately the last visit they had no AC or something like that and didn't have tuna or roast beef. Despite getting no call from the store and having to physically show up for a delivery order to ask its status(nobody answered the phone for 15 min) I do love this location and it's food. They are usually ontop of their game this was just one instance of them having a rough evening..story short: good food and quality, pretty well put together under normal and most circumstances .

We are regulars and truly enjoy the food and recent hires are so much friendlier. But today while waiting for our order near the pick up spot, the young man who was making the sandwiches put his hand in his pocket and pulled out his personal phone making contact with the presumably unsanitary phone and his pocket—then went right back to touching our food without changing the glove. A big no no hygiene-wise. The text couldn’t have waited? He was almost done with the order. When I said something to him (nicely) he just shrugged. When I asked him for additional napkins, he said “aren’t those enough?” (There were three for four sandwiches. The nice man who took the order rushed over and supplied more napkins. I also told him what happened with the phone so if someone who cares sees this a manager was aware. Retrain the young man who did this. Or maybe food service (and the importance of hygiene) aren’t for him.

Worst service ever at this location. Ordered online for curbside. Checked in. Waited 13 mins before going inside. 1 customer and they were leaving. My unwich looked unappealing wrapped in hard white lettuce. I asked if it could be wrapped in greener lettuce. Josh said that's all they had. I asked if I could see what they had. He pulled out a container with GREEN lettuce. I said "that's green" he replied sarcastically "lettuce is green" I asked why did he give me the hard white lettuce and he became argumentive. I asked for my money back and he mumbled under his breath the whole time. Two customers that had come in witnessed him being rude. It was my first and LAST time at this location. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Never have what you order online refunds when THEY call to cancel your oder take 3-5 business days. I make the mistake of thinking its a one time situation wont happen again. But at this point 3 times they have done this! I will never order from them again and I don’t recommend anyone else should either!
