Burger King

This was the most horrible experience at a burger king I have ever had. My Texas Double had 1 tomato, 1 1/2 strips of bacon, barely any lettuce, 3 jalapenos, almost no mayo or ketchup, and it looked like a toddler had thrown it against the wall. My wife's Double Bacon and Cheese whopper was worse. Her burger had no cheese, no bacon, 1 tomato, a piece of a lettuce core, 1 pickle, and almost no sauce as well. We took the pics as soon as we got home. Terrible. So bad, it had to be done on purpose. You can't fake this kind of indifference.

This burger king is a joke. Ordered on app, drive thru took 20 minutes for me and 1 other car. Ordered no onion, extra pickle. They just completely disregard your order and make you what they want to make you. Who the heck is running this place? A 7 year old? 1 tomato, 1 leaf of lettuce...did they think this was a good sandwich to send out?

I was VERY disappointed with my order. I asked for the Original Chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon and light mustard only. The bread was not soft at all. I specifically asked for a fresh sandwich. I also ordered 10pc nuggets. I asked for them to be fresh as well. The sandwich was cold as well as the nuggets. I will never eat at this location again...

This is one of the worst Burger king's that I've ever been to. They've messed up my lunch order multiple times(& my lunch break is a limited time), Slow service. 2 weeks ago I pull up to the drive through(lunchtime) to place an order for me & my co-workers only to find out that they were out of HAMBURGERS... Yes you heard that right they were out of HAMBURGERS!!! or atleast that's what the person working the drive through told me. Days later I decided to call the Burger King to talk to management & asked the manager on duty at the time how did you guys run out of Burgers & her reply was the broiler was down. Today (on my lunch) I went to Burger King & ordered 2 double cheese burgers & 1 double whopper with cheese on a patty melt bun(& had it read back to me), Only to find out after it was too late & I'm at my job that they literally gave me 2 Cheeseburgers( not the 2 double Cheeseburgers that I asked & paid for) and also the gave me a double patty melt( not with the whopper Patty's that I asked for). As a customer this is very frustrating especially when you're spending your time & money & the same situation continues to happen over & over. After talking to the very rude manager I'm definitely not supporting or spending 1 penny at this Burger King. Poor management, Poor service, & poor problem solving.
