We had a blast! Best Caribbean food and drinks I have ever had — hands down — and I’m a travel agent, and spend time in the Caribbean! Rayna & the bartenders & staff were all lovely. We will definitely be back to magical Liverpool & will make Turtle Bay an essential stop :) We left the Cavern Club (had an awesome time!), crossed the street—and what a delight to find Turtle Bay!!! PS — one tip - upgrade hand dryer in the Ladies’ Room, lol ;)

Katie from Turtle Bay truly embodies exceptional service. From the moment I stepped through the door, her warm welcome set the tone for a memorable dining experience. Throughout my visit, Katie's attentiveness and genuine care were evident in every interaction. She effortlessly balanced being attentive without being intrusive, offering valuable recommendations and ensuring that my meal was served promptly and to my liking. Her passion for her job and the restaurant shone through, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Katie's impressive knowledge of the menu and her ability to engage in friendly conversation further elevated my dining experience. Her enthusiasm for the food and the restaurant was infectious, and it significantly enhanced my overall enjoyment. Katie's exceptional service truly made my visit to Turtle Bay one to remember, and I would highly recommend dining there knowing that you'll receive top-notch service from Katie.

This is my favourite place ever!!! The staff are amazing! Leah was the best ever. The attention you get is just amazing. Best bottomless brunch I have ever had. Food is lovely, and the drinks are made to perfection. For a change I am actually leaving a bottomless brunch drunk. Normally places are just juice. This one is real cocktails! And I will never go anywhere else from now on. I want to come here every single week! The music is UNREAL!!! It’s 5pm and raining, and I feel like I am drunk on a beach in Jamaica it’s my new favourite place!!

Travelled from Manchester to meet with a friend who recommended Turtle Bay !! It has been the best!! We did the bottomless brunch & straight away we were welcomed in (we were also early and this wasn't a problem) drinks were served straight away and constantly topped up. Food was amazing. Very hot and very fresh. Leah was serving us today and she was amazing. Recognised our drink choices and recommended drinks we may like to try. Nothing was too much trouble and she served everything with a smile. Will definitely be returning ! Thank you Leah for an amazing experience ❤️

Me and my friend had the bottomless brunch which was to celebrate her birthday. The food we had was nice but not great as one of our burgers came out cold. This was quickly replaced with a sincere apology. Our server Paddy was lovely, very friendly, always a smile for you, made good recommendations and always made sure we had a full drink on the table. Thanks Paddy!

This was the second time I’d been to a turtle bay the other was in Surrey, the Surrey one put me off as the food was small portions and had no heat to the seasoning. However, this one didn’t disappoint, the portions were good and the food flavourful. Katie was a great host and was attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails in happy hour were decent too. Would recommend for an evening out with friends or on a date night.
