Great value for money and friendly staff. They were having a bit of a problem with the app but when I got home I sent a message via the app and they refunded my rewards within 48 hours. Thats great service.

I managed to bring my client here for his cup of tea and a Savoury whilst I had my coffee and a pepparoni pizza bread 🍕 🍕 mmmm, staff are friendly and very helpful keep up the great work guys

It's the go to food. Liverpool One is full of foreigners binging on sausage rolls as if it's the local delicately. I can see a Michelin star coming soon. Great work guys

We love Greggs, easy and quick when you on the go. Coffee also a good deal.

Hits the spot when you need a quick feed. Don't think I've ever be to a Greggs and not been happy with my choices. Steak bake and a sausage and beans bake , packet of jam doughnuts.

Almost every day I stop by for coffee and croissants and they are always so kind! then reasonably priced snacks and lovely people, enough to keep me coming back.

On the 21st of July myself and a support worker and 2 other service users went to liverpool for a day out from Leyland so when we got to liverpool We went to Greggs to buy dinner 🍽 when we got there we was welcomeed by the staff and very polite.1 of our service user was on soft bite and we can't find anything he can eat so the staff said to us they can get a cheese and onion pasty mash it up and put it in a cup for him to eat safely 😉 so they did it for us and also helped the other service user to pick her food. Myself and the other support worker was very happy with the staff how nice they where and polite and helpful I be definitely coming back again soon. Thank you to all the staff on that day for your kindness and help you all are 🌟 ⭐ 💫

Good quality and always very clean. Coffee is not the best but it's okay. However, it only costs something like an extra twenty pence when you buy a bacon barm.
Five stars because it's an excellent start to the day.

Food is always hot when I come here. They always have food ready to dish out the oven so if you don't see what you want then just ask. The staff are friendly and always smile. The only bad thing is that there is little space to sit down. In the middle of a busy city centre I would expect more seating. Lunch times have a bit of a wait to be served but the staff do try hard to serve fast.
