It's probably my favourite tatsing coffee at the moment. Prices are reasonable compared to their competitors. Food can be hit and miss in there.

Jen and Sara are very nice, warm and polite. You can tell that they enjoy their job and are good at it. The drinks were gorgeous and the place was spotless from the tables to the toilet. 100% recommended.

My favourite Nero in all of the city centre. All the staff here are exceptionally friendly. They always chat to you and ask you about your day. They are very attentive and caring and make delicious drinks!

Caffè Nero is my favourite chain coffee shop. Friendly staff and a good choice of food. Tables and chairs cleaned and spaced. Staff asking people to scan in for track and trace - great work.

Ness and Steven gave us great customer service today! We came to Caffe Nero at Whitechapel 20 minutes before closing and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The coffees were great and the coffee shop was nice and tidy.
