If I could leave negative stars for stupidity I would. I ordered a cheeseburger with a fresh steam bun. I get home and open it up and guess what's missing. The meat patty. I'm dumbfounded, astonished and confused all at the same time. Aside from that the restaurant is in one of the worst conditions I have ever seen. It was absolutely filthy. You had music blasting in the kitchen area which was completely inappropriate. Took then about 10minutes just to take my order and at the end it was still wrong.

I have come multiple times and 60% of the time my order isn’t right or my burgers looks like it came out of a washing machine lol. Photos doesn’t do justice got a lot worse the more layers you remove lol Sometimes the burgers are great & fresh but missing half of the order !!! Just need good management...

I ordered my meal through uber eats. As a stay at home first time mum breastfeeding my newborn child I was hoping my order will be fresh. I was missing a 6 nugget happy meal. My order was stale, cold & looked like food from the night before. I'm upset because I could of got food poisoning. This is unacceptable. Worst service ever 😠

It used to be a good branch. Sandwiches are still, but customer experience is horrible. The drive through employee was so rude. She literally shoved the payment machine in my wife's face. When we asked just to add a small ice cream to the order, she throw away the payment machine on her desk. She was impaient. Was rolling her eyes and treated us badly. She looked like she was having a hard time or hard day, but she shouldn't have taken it on us. It was one of my favourite maccas in Sydney, now I might never go back again. I'll make sure my family and friends know about my experience.

Worst maccas in all of Sydney every time I order food or deserts there's either something missing or the large drinks are filled up not even half way. Ice creams don't have toppings on them or if they do they have something on them that I did not order or I order large Sundays and they give me small even though I have paid for my large ones..the young ones always playing music and not working thinking there at a disco ball. Maccas need to be hiring older people and not kids because they do not take the job seriously and always stuffing the meals up and it's realy dirty they don't clean the mess up and toilets are filthy.something needs to be done or shut it down....
