Disgusting customer service. Went in to grab a cup of coffee this morning, a staff member was loudly arguing with one of the customers. The young lady was pretty upset and embarrassed due to staff member's racial comments on her and she was told never to come back again. A middle aged bloke was standing next to the staff and supporting his staff member. I wonder, what kind of society we're living in now?

I came in at 2:30pm on the 28th April and bought a Decafe Mocha and a Blueberry muffin. I specifically asked the lady serving me to butter my muffin. When my order was ready I opened my bag of muffin (takeaway order) and saw that it wasn’t buttered so I told her to butter it. I got back to work to have my muffin only to realise she didn’t even cut my muffin in half to butter it but buttered the top of the muffin 🤯 What a lazy staff. Called to make a complain but no answer to your phone line. Pathetic service 😠

Visited Oliver Brown today Westfield Liverpool, can't help but feel disappointed. The coffee was nothing special, tasted weird like burnt perhaps, the pear raspberry bread which they toasted tasted ok ($9.90) I must say I did have a long hard look at all their products displayed I couldn't help but feel they looked a little rancid/stale like they had been on display for a tad too long. The service was ok, the shop in general looked run down and dirty, It's a shame to see the once hub of activity slowly dwindling away... Would I go back?? Most probably not My local 7/11 petrol station has better coffee.
