Moose Coffee

Always love coming to moose, it's a great atmosphere! With calming jazz music playing in the background as I drink my hazelnut mocha cappuccino and devour a reuben. Food here is abit different to the usual cafe you would imagine. It has an american/Canadian twist to it. Nice to see something different around. Chloe was a gem, sat me down took my order and served my food and drink all within 10- 15 minutes. Excellent service! I can not thank her enough for help with the menu as it can be hard to choose from an unfamiliar cuisine.

This would not have been a 5 star review, had it not been for the amazing Ceilla, who took total control of a chaotic restaurant and managed to get us seated and served in good time. Without her, it simply wouldn’t have happened, as staff were not managing table rotation very well at all. This lady is a credit to your business and, by her own admission, was only recently back at the restaurant after she had been away for some time.

Fun place, friendly staff, good service and cosy atmosphere. I leaned back just a bit with my 4-stars for food. It was good and solid and I suppose most people aren’t going to an American/Canadian breakfast place for ‘fine’ food. Eggs, hash browns and bacon was good, but pancakes were a heavy as though not quite cooked.. Overall, still relatively happy with the experience.

Went for breakfast at this branch of Moose Coffee as I was staying at a hotel nearby and so glad I did!! I had the Green line which was a potato hash with veg, eggs and toast and was absolutely delicious! They'd added this spicy sauce in there which was packed with flavour and gave everything a kick. The portion was massive and well worth the cost. Also had a creamy caramel cappuccino which was their special of the day. The staff are amazing. Friendly and keen to make sure you're happy. My waitress Millie was lovely. And I noticed when they weren't serving they were constantly making sure tables were clean for next customer. I went at 9am on Sunday and by 9.50 they were almost full so I recommend booking.

We Popped in for breakfast Saturday morning without a booking, so there was a 20mins wait for a table. Would recommend to book in advance if you do want to come. Ordered a tea, the breakfast hash and pancakes. All the food arrived within 20 mins, it was Freshly cooked and delicious. Our waitress Millie was very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back. Only downside was our teacups and milk jug had marks and stains all over. Which gave me the impression things weren’t thoroughly cleaned.
