Upper Crust John Lennon Airport

Although not an upper crust customer on this occasion. I must recommend Maxine for airport employee of the year!! A group of artists with Down’s Syndrome called Drag Syndrome were on their way to Iceland to perform and meet the President of Iceland. The group were all dancing to disco music across from the shop. Maxine joined them and danced with them. She was amazing!! She danced disco with them for about ten minutes, and how she can move! It brightened many people’s mornings. All the upper crust customers applauded. As a brother of one of the artists, it was unforgettable. Thank you Maxine!! Jon wild.

I cannot fault Maxine and the Upper Crust team airside for trying to help me out. They went above and beyond to try and help me out because my flight was due to leave and I was due to pick up a Too Good To Go order. They tried everything they could do to change the collection time for me to pick up my order and still make my flight. I highly recommend checking out Upper Crust on a side Liverpool Airport because the service is simply fantastic and the food even more so. Thanks Maxine!

I was served by the wonderful Amy last week. Fantastic service! She went more than the extra mile when my card declined and during the horrendous heat offered me a drink. I am a regular flyer and visiter at LPL Uppercrust 2/3 times a month! Well done Amy! Absolute credit to the team and I will see you soon. Thank you! It meant a lot x AG
