My biggest issue is with the older man that works there. Poor customer service and waters down all coffees..

The service is good but they always run out of donuts by the afternoon. If you want donuts you have to go there early morning. Also, they did not know what Cafe Au Lait was even though it's on the menu.

The pumpkin cream cold brew is horrible. The cream has too much cinnamon/spice with little to no pumpkin flavor. I’d recommend spending the extra dollar at Starbucks.

Ordered $30 for pickup on app. Got there in time to see my food being sneezed on by an unmasked worker. They were argumentative and disrespectful and it turns out…can’t refund app orders in store so I’ll probably end up paying for nothing but I WILL NEVER go back to this location. Disgusting!!!!

This very rude Hispanic lady made my drink this morning. She couldn’t take my order well and blamed it on me. After she was done making my sandwich she just threw the bag on the counter you guys have very RUDE STAFF. I don’t think I’m ever coming back here again.

I enjoy the Dunkin Donut App and the service at 35 Northfield Avenue is fast, courteous and professional.

Always love dunkin. Quick and fast. Love the app. Love that you can order in advance. Sometimes people take forever with huge orders. The staff is always so helpful and remember my order. Excellent customer service.
