Starbucks

AWESOME customer service!!! They have been short staffed for a while now but that does not stop them from giving exceptional service. They are always polite and efficient. I went to the drive-thru today and accidentally dropped my cookie on the floor. Right away they offered me a new cookie. I said it wasn't necessary but they insisted. Not only did they give me a fresh new cookie they went out of their way to give me a coupon for my next visit. 5 stars all around!!! THANK YOU!

Great, friendly employees and a rare drive-thru feature - but it frequently gets backed up, spilling into Route 10 - about 25 cars deep. You're better off heading into the store most times. Otherwise, it's your standard Starbucks. The Bacon & Gruyère Sous Vide Egg Bites are to die for and the Spinach, Feta, and Egg White Wrap is so so great too.

Love this Starbucks. The drinks are made usually good most of the time, once in a while however there are occasionally not so great made drinks. Drive throughs are really long but I prefer the drive through over going inside. The inside service for this location has not been great. A bunch of us were waiting for our orders for several minutes and no one even acknowledged any of us. Each person had to get their attention by speaking up. I understand the high priority of a drive through line but if there are multiple people inside waiting for service, please attend to them and assist them the same way you are at the drive through.
