Don't use app for ordering, I made that mistake. When I went to pick up my order, Arby's tells me they don't have what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund or direct me who I needed to call. I called their 800#.. Bottom line it's been over 1 week & I'm still waiting for my credits to my credit card!

First time at this Arby's I was astonished, they packed my order of curley fries to the top , I hadn't had to go back in from drive threw to get a new fry . GREAT JOB GUYS

It's Arby's! They have all the meats! We had to grab a bite to eat going from oir hotel in Cookeville to my daughter's in Byrdstown on Wednesday evening. The young man in the drive thru needs a raise!! He was hilarious & outstanding!

The least "fast food" fast food place. It's very close to a nicer restaurant with really good food.

Usually very good and clean place to eat, but lately always seems to be out of roast beef, isn’t that what you serve and are known for. What’s up?

Good service, a little slow but they were super busy. Got home and all of our food was in the bags. That's something good with how most takeout is always missing something in the bag

Buffalo chicken was good. Fries good. Service good. Roast beef horrible (overcooked and crunchy at dinner time). Nothing excellent or superb. Just good.

Food was really good. They lady that waited on us was super nice. She got down on my Granddaughters level and was asking her what she wanted. Surper nice of her.
