Today my wife went to Carls Jr off Winton Pkwy in Livingston. First they messed up the order adding another order making the price $70 but was fixed with only explanation of other order in system. We ordered two Big Carls there was plastic in the burger hard piece of plastic was afraid to eat anymore. Over $6 for a burger that I’m afraid to eat. All I can say is I won’t ever eat there again.

Used the app, it tells you your order is successful, ..... But for the store to receive the order you have to click on the link they send you in a text messages.... The staff was great about working with me when they looked aty phone and saw that I paid... But they didn't receive the order. ....it was confusing for both and I thankful they worked with me..
I have order off the app and never had to verify with the text until that time.

Awful experience. I ordered a number one. There was one squirt of mayonnaise on it, no mustard, no ketchup. The meat was under cooked my food was cold. My husband ordered the swiss chicken sandwich. His sandwich was overcooked in the microwave. Our bill was too high for the low quality of food. We were very dissatisfied and won't be returning again to this location. Poor quality service and food.

Too expensive. The Double Black Angus burger is what I just got and it slid like there was just a pile of mess inside of it. I don't really see the point of a double.
The lettuce seems preveously frozon. The burger wasn't good. The meat just taste the same as hamburger.. Taste like a filler. I think all the hamburger is Black Angus.

Normally I love this place, and the staff used to be so nice here. But today they charged me $31 for two MEDIUM COMBOS!!! ? And when I asked for a receipt they said their printer wasn’t working? And on top of that we asked for a double patty and they only gave us a single. Very Upset.

Ordered 4 regular size meals. Read back with small meals, that had to be fixed. When handed one stuffed bag, I confirmed there was 4 meals inside. Employee responded with "yes, 4 meals". Received 4 drinks, 4 fries and 3 burgers. This is not the first time this has happened. It will be the last time I go there.

I don't usually have an issue with fast food places but man this was pretty bad, the lady was rude, sounded dead inside didn't even say that what we got was it we just guessed the bag she gave us was all there was.
