I only gave this place 4 Stars because I still havent tried it. I live in Germany and saw YouTube videos about Tahinis. It looks amazing And if I will ever go to London, then just to try it. Could you please start working in Germany to? You would make one of my biggest dreams come true by making it here. I wish you the best for your company. Falafel wrap is delicious. Unfortunately the next time I ordered online the wrap arrived with no toppings (I had selected the majority) and was incredibly dry and bland. My friend had ordered it and picked it up as a work lunch so I couldn't return for them to correct the mistake but it was really disappointing. When going in shop I haven't had any issues.

I’m a regular here, and I had to give 4 for today’s experience. If there’s a giant order ahead my single bowl mobile order, why not make one in between, rather than turning my order down or saying it’s up to me to leave or wait 10-15 minutes? I’ve already paid for the order and waited that long, and I really prefer not to go through the refund process. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for a small bowl. It would’ve been nice if either limit the catering order with some scheduling system or limit my order beforehand. With the ingredients ready, it took 45 seconds to build my bowl. I understand that it’s not always predictable or feasible, but I hope there’s a better response. Food is tasty as usual.
