I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boston Pizza, and I have to say, the shift manager Karam truly made my experience exceptional. Karam was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every customer was well taken care of. They effortlessly managed the entire restaurant with grace and professionalism, making sure that all operations ran smoothly. Their ability to multitask and handle any challenges that arose during the busy dinner rush was truly impressive. What struck me the most about Karam was their exceptional leadership skills. They fostered a positive and collaborative environment among the staff, which translated into exceptional service. It was evident that the team respected and admired Karam creating a harmonious and efficient work atmosphere. Moreover, Karam demonstrated a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. They checked in on every table, making sure everyone's needs were met. Their knowledge of the menu was impeccable, and they effortlessly guided us through the various options, ensuring we had a delightful culinary experience. Beyond their professional capabilities Karam has a remarkable ability to make diners feel valued and appreciated. They took the time to engage in friendly conversations, creating a warm and personalized experience. It was evident that they genuinely cared about each guest's satisfaction, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

What a fantastic experience. Our food was excellent but the service was what really made this a great evening out. Our server Steph was incredible. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients allowed us to easily deal with a small dietary issue without any problems. Her menu suggestions were spot on and made our night. Nick the kitchen manager also deserves kudos. He caught an error made while our dinner was being cooked and corrected of his own accord and we weren’t billed for the extra corrected meal item. All in all, this has been a great food experience. Can’t say enough about this place.

Ordered Appetizers - Thai Chicken Bites and the Bandera Bread Thai Chicken Bites are good and the Bandera Bread very tasty (lots of cheese) Drinks: The Rootbeer spiked Fishbowl and margarita Fishbowl - great! - MOM approves Smokey Mountain Spaghetti and Meat Balls - very good and lots of left overs Trio Flight Pizzas (3 - 6" mini pizzas - thin crust and lightly done) Ordered to perfection and YUM... YUM - MOM approves Overall experience is excellent - MOM approves !!
