Swiss Chalet

I brought in a large order last Monday and had the pleasure of meeting Anna. I could tell right away that I was in competent hand's. Twice per month I place large orders at multiple restaurants around London to bring for my residents in long-term care, often the restaurants struggle due to the quantity of the order and time of day. Anna had no difficulty meeting my requests and made me feel confident that my order would be processed seamlessly. On Wednesday I arrived to pick up the order and I was greeted by Dave another manager with a friendly and pleasant personalty. Dave came quickly with the order boxed up, individual receipt's and helped carry it to my vehicle. I must say, what an excellent experience, your team is doing a great job, keep up the good work.

today was my second time dining at swiss chalet. the food tasted great and was very balanced; great for my gym gains. however, the service was what impressed me the most. my server for both times is named kim, and she is an absolute dime! her warm smile and welcoming voice always lights up my day and makes my dine in experience more enjoyable. she was very attentive and timely to my requests. i will absolutely be returning with my friends and families just for the amazing service provided by kim. thank you for making my first time at western-style restaurant memorable!

My wife is an abusive alcoholic who I stay with for the kids. Once a week I come to Swiss Chalet for the warm smile of Kim. She gives me a week’s worth of happiness and strength. The twinkle in her eye when she places down my meal is the reason I keep going. Her kind heart and soul is why I keep coming back. The decent chicken immediately becomes a gourmet Gordon Ramsey dish as soon as she touches the plate.

i went to swiss chalet today because my friends wanted to try it again as we have not gone in a long time. the food was pretty good but what made the meal so superb was the customer service. kim was out server and she was amazing. her smile and great energy really made the dinner a 5 star meal. she was the best service i have received in a long time. i will be coming back again and inviting family and friends just because of her service!

Came back for dinner and noticed some maintenance issues in the men's bathroom. The one faucet was loose and could be turned 90 degrees while attached to the hoses underneath. The divider between the urinals appears to have been pulled from the wall. The anchor holding the metal panel was exposed and I was hoping it would not fall into me. Food was quite quick tonight and I didn't have to wait to get a seat. Plenty of parking when I arrived just before 5pm. Team was friendly and eager to serve. I would come back again.

My mom took us out for dinner. The restaurant was jam-packed so we decided to order the festive meals to go. Took about 25 minutes and we were all set. Back at home, the meals were boxed with care. The food was still warm even hot for some bites. It was a very generous portion as well. Overall it was a meal well done even when taken out.
