Mcdonald's

Went though the drive thru, ordered 2 1/4 pounder meals and a happy meal. Fiancée got hers, was great I waited a bit for mine (after I started drinking of course:)found there was no meat on my burger. Brought it back a few hours later and emmit fixed me right up. Glad I live across the street. Anyways point of the story, everyone’s human they make mistakes. Emmit fixed the issue and beyond, couldn’t be more thankful

When driving up to the drive-through, the person answered within a minute to take my order at 6 a.m., unlike other McDonalds. Very impressive and she was very cheerful which helps to the start of the day. The order was correct, and nothing was missing on my bagel. Hands down, I'm coming back to this location on my way to work. Stress free. Location on Wonderland and Oxford always causes me grief each and every time.

I had called ahead on Thursday of last week to place a large order (50 mcmuffins, 50 hash browns) and Michelle was amazing to speak with. She took the order, gave me confidence that it would be ready and told me that was all she needed. I (for personal closure) called Sunday and confirmed the quantity and time and the person I spoke with (I didn't catch the name) reassured me it was good to go and mentioned that Michelle was taking care of it. I arrived at the drive thru around 6:07-6:08 and the person on the speaker was ready for me. I pulled ahead, was greeted with smiling faces, and the food was ready. 10/10 experience. Thank you.

Clean fast and friendly. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many many years. I would say that I have always had good service and a cheerful smile from the team here. I enjoy using the new touchscreens, but I would say the set up cuts down the human interaction and lessens the emotional connection I have with the brand.
