I would appreciate the efforts of all staff to bring their branch into the front, especially by Nimmy mary Varghese. She has a special ability to explain and understand things related to the bank and understand customers' problems related to the bank procedures.

One of my best experience so far among banks. Also, I get instant appointment for banking. I would like to appreciate the afford of Nimmy Varghese, who help me to solve my quires. i won't be able to apply for a Credit card since 3 months. I went here and there with this issue but at the end Nimmy Varghese took just a single appointment to solve my all quires. I would like to point out, CIBC has the best employee so far please appreciate her afford for this.
