Pret A Manger

I recently visited the Pret A Manger in Barbican and had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful lady (I think she is a barista, she wears barista apron and shirt). My partner and I have been visiting this shop on weekends for brunch and coffee since 2 weeks ago and we were so happy to find a calm and peaceful atmosphere amidst the busy rush hours. The barista who served us was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though she was wearing a mask, her greetings and sense of humor made us feel at home. On our most recent visit on May 6, she went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable. Despite the slightly busy queue, she took the time to explain the Club Pret program to us and even gave us a delicious new dessert to try. What really stood out to us was how much the barista seemed to care about her customers. When a little boy started running around the shop, she quickly went over to him and gave him a babycinno to help calm him down. She also made sure to warn his parents about the wet and slippery floor, showing genuine concern for their safety. Overall, my partner and I were blown away by the amazing service we received from this barista. Her genuine kindness and attention to detail really made our visit to Pret a special one. She also made very good soya latte and cappuccino. We hope that she is valued by the company (I hope Pret is checking the review) and recognized for her outstanding work.

Clean, good food choice, friendly staff, especially Bella, has remembered what I ask for for my breakfast and pretty much has it as good as ready when she sees me walk in, all the staff in there are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they all seem very happy to work for the company unlike some places you go where some staff can't really be bothered. The staff in this Pret take pride, like its their own business
